To fill out the application on the computer:

• Click the "pop out" button in the top right-hand corner.

• Click "open with" in the top center of the new page.

• Click "Doc Hub PDF Sign and Edit" from the list.

• Complete the form.

• Save the document.

• Complete the submittal form.

  • You can link changes from Doc Hub directly from Google Drive into the submittal form.
