Non-Performance Classes
In addition to the incredible bands offered at GEHS, Mr. Allder also teaches Guitar and Music Appreciation classes. If you are new to our school or our program, we think you'll find that Greenbrier East has many musical offerings to choose from.
Guitar Classes are 7th and 8th periods every day and gives students an intro to guitar and musical notation.
Music Appreciation gives students an inside look into the history of music and how it relates to other art forms as well as society as a whole. This class meets 3rd period each day and can be taken for a full credit for the full year or as a half credit for one semester.
