All marching band members must have a completed WVSSAC physical form on file before participating in Pre-Camp or Away Camp. Students without a completed physical will not be permitted to participate. Please submit this form as soon as possible to avoid missing valuable camp and rehearsal time.

Payments
We have 3 electronic payment methods available (PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp). The information for each of these is below.
IT IS IMPORTANT that with each electronic payment sent you include your child’s first and last name as it appears with Greenbrier County Schools, and the exact nature of the payment (camp/DCI, band fee, trip, Honor Band, etc.). If it is not labeled, it will be returned.
PayPal is not ideal. They deduct a fee off the top. If you utilize PayPal, you must add 3% to your payment. Please contact the boosters if you’re not sure on how much to send. GreenbrierEastBandBoosters@Gmail.com
