· Improper disposal of unused medications can be detrimental to health and environment and it is a public health issue.

· Proper medication disposal is crucial for maintaining health and safety of the community.

· Pharmacist are responsible to ensure all community are aware of proper disposal of medications or devices

Benefits of the community engagement activity:

· Students can improve communication skills by interacting with the community members

· Students can promote for the health and safety of the community

· Students can improve their teamwork skills

· The activity can help improve the medication disposal practice of the community

Process of community engagment activity:

  3. collect feedback

  4. Present outcomes and recommendation
