Community Engagement

The purpose of this engagement is to deliver free general health check and pharmaceutical counseling to the Sharjah Police Department staff members. The engagement was conducted along with Thumbay Group's General Practitioner, staff nurses and pharmacy student volunteers.

· Students can improve communication skills by interacting with the community members

· Students can acquire skills required to promote health of the community

· Students can improve their teamwork skills

· The activity can help the workers to engage in activities that maintain good health and prevent diseases
