Year 3

Year 3 students are busy preparing for their Mini Expo about Biomes! They are creating engaging media presentations to showcase their understanding of different biomes such as deserts, rainforests, tundras, grasslands, and oceans. Through this project, students are developing their research and communication skills as they gather information, design visuals, and share their findings confidently with others. They are also demonstrating positive attitudes such as curiosity, creativity, and cooperation while working in teams. In addition, they are showing key IB Learner Profiles including being inquirers, communicators, and knowledgeable learners. This hands-on experience helps them connect scientific concepts with real-world ecosystems and reflect on how humans can take action to protect our planet.
