Kate Worthington

Kate is the Director of RAW Adventures and competes in Mountain and Trail Running.

Qualified as a Mountain Leader and Winter Mountain Leader, Kate has focused on becoming an experienced and confident outdoor leader, trainer, event organiser and manager. She has also followed an interest in dealing with unplanned incidents, gaining a Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician certification.

Since moving to North Wales, Kate has taken her love of running on to high ground and enjoys local mountain races, including the International Snowdon Race, Snowdonia Trail Marathon, Marathon Eryri and Ultra Trail Wales.
