Task 5

We are finally at the end of this. You should have made changes to your idea based on the research and material gathered over the past 4 tasks.

Task 5 is all about comparing your idea before and after and how research has helped you.

You will:

• Make a comparison of your idea concept from what it was in task 1.1 to what it has become now.

  • what are the changes that you made

  • what influences from your research help you make the changes

  • what aspect of research was it, was it primary or secondary

  • do you like your idea now or compared to what it used to be

• how did the different type or research help you

  • • did the research help you broaden your idea

    • did it help narrow down on some of the decisions

You need to make a Questionnaire for your idea and get peer feedback

In the survey make sure to include the following to get feedback on:

• Brief synopsis of your game

• Your visual inspirational research

• The product of your finished tutorials

• Your cultural/ academic influences

• idea of inclusivity in your game

You will do an evaluation using the results of your survey:

• What were the positives? did people like anything in specific

• Any feedback comments? any negative or things to improve upon- What are they and do you agree with them or not.

Reflection points to cover:

• What are the things and methods / practices that you have learned over the course of this unit

• How do you feel about learning these things, how will they help you in the future in your work as well as in the industry.

• What are some of the things that you would like to improve upon, these could be, academic, theoretical and practical

• Are there any specifics things that you have liked learning over this unit and would like to explore further on your own
