Login information is your NetID and the password provided to you by the Clinic Administrative Assistant. Titanium will prompt you to reset your password during your initial login.
After five failed tries to login, your account will be locked for 20 minutes. If you need to access Titanium right away contact the Clinic Administrative Assistant or the Clinic Director to unlock your access. Otherwise, after 20 minutes you will be able to try again.
You will be required to change your password every 180 days. Titanium keeps track of your past passwords and will not let you use old passwords within a certain period of time. Titanium enforces a strong password policy. A strong password is a minimum of 8 characters long. Passwords must contain at least one character of each of the following: - Upper case letter- Lower case letter- Number- Symbol/punctuation.
Students are to check their task list every day to see what needs to be done.
For couple/family, it will bring up the appointment information. For individual appointments it will only open up the case note. Appointments are locked after 30 days so if you can't get into the appointment to do a note, let the Clinic Administrative Assistant know so it can be unlocked.
Yellow or Red highlight = Case notes 30/60 days overdue
Signature Required = Note needs to be signed
Returned to Originator = Supervisor sent it back for edits
No Note for Appointment/No Group Note for Appointment = Need to do a note
Missing Attendance = Appointment was never marked whether client attended or not OR client was not added to the appointment. You will need to go to the appointment to mark attendance and/or add missing clients
Not Distributed = After supervisor has signed the note & there is more than one person at the appointment. You will need to open the note and click 'Distribute' on the top bar.
How to find a client's appointment
(both upcoming appointments and a history of appointments)
There are flags based on things we are tracking and special concerns or issues with clients. Some client may have multiple flags. Some of the flags are:
Needs Copies of Custody Paperwork - If custody paperwork is still needed, this flag will be active & generate an alert window every time you visit the client's chart. To deactivate this flag, confirm receipt of custody paperwork with the Clinic Administrative Assistant
TGNB - Transgender/Non Binary
TBNG Family Member - Family member of a transgender/nonbinary individual (e.g. mom, dad, sibling, partner, etc)
Child - Any client under the age of 18
Risk - A client with special circumstances that you would have been notified about

Click “Activity Summary by Appointment Code”
Choose “Single” and select your name
Keep “All Appointments”
Date Range = “Month - Last”
