Recipe Matrix - Savory Foods
The Savory Foods Recipe Matrix will Include the following Dishes:
Chicken Noodle Soup – American comfort food staple with broth, vegetables, and noodles.
Miso Soup – Japanese soup made with miso paste, tofu, seaweed, and green onions.
Tom Yum – Thai hot and sour soup with shrimp, lemongrass, and lime leaves.
Minestrone – Italian vegetable soup with beans, pasta, and tomato broth.
Greek Salad – Mediterranean salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, red onion, and feta cheese.
Caprese Salad – Italian salad of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and olive oil.
Tabbouleh – Middle Eastern salad made with bulgur wheat, parsley, mint, tomatoes, and lemon juice.
Cobb Salad – Hearty American salad with chicken, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, egg, and tomato.
Omelette – Versatile egg dish with fillings like cheese, vegetables, and meats.

6” Layer Cake – Sponge cake layered with buttercream and filling; foundational cake technique.
Sourdough Bread – Naturally leavened bread with a tangy flavor and chewy crust.
Brioche – Rich, buttery French bread often used for sweet or savory applications.
