WINGS‑QSTEP (World‑leading Innovative Graduate Study Program in Quantum and Advanced Semiconductor Science and Technology) provides highly selected doctoral students in the quantum and semiconductor fields with advanced education and hands‑on opportunities. Through collaboration with industry, government, and overseas institutions, we broaden students’ perspectives and mindsets to cultivate future leaders who can excel internationally.

This fund was established to sustainably build on these efforts. With your support, we will enhance the education and research environment, expand internships, company visits, and entrepreneurship training, and promote overseas travel and international joint research—creating more opportunities for students to learn and take on challenges at the front line. Your contributions will further strengthen meaningful partnerships between academia, industry, and government.
