Project Narratives

In a Project Narrative the writer tells the story of the development of their research into a particular global issue. The narrative presents the writer's research experiences, explaining why he or she was interested in the issue in the first place, what starting questions he or she had, how he or she searched for information, and developed his or her understanding of the issue. At the end of a Project Narrative the writer may focus on questions that he or she feels still need exploring or investigating about the issue. Examples of this genre created by students are shown below.

プロジェクト・ナラティブでは、書き手は特定のグローバルな問題について、自らの研究の過程を叙述します。その叙述では、書き手のプロジェクト経験が紹介され、書き手が最初にその問題に関心を持った理由、また、その問題について抱いた最初の疑問、研究者が情報を探し、問題への理解を深めた様子が説明されます。プロジェクト・ナラティブの最後の段階では、書き手は問題について探求もしくは調査する必要がまだあると感じる疑問に焦点を当てることもできるでしょう。これまでの受講生が作成したものの例は以下にあります。
