Blog Posts (short, combined, pair project)

In a Blog Post the writer writes short personal texts (about 250 to 350 words each time) about the global issue that they are learning about. You have many options when it comes to writing a blog post. Typically, blog posts have an eye-catching title and a specific focus. They often include visual elements, too. Blog posts let the writer express their personal viewpoint directly and make strong personal and local connections. You can write single stand-alone blog posts, or you can write more than one blog post and combine different blog posts about the global issue that you are looking at in a project. If you do a pair project with another student, you can each write blog posts individually. Next you can combine them to create a set of blog posts about your project. Examples of this genre created by students are shown below.

ブログ記事では、書き手がが調べているグローバルな問題について短い個人的な文章（毎回約250から350ワード）を書きます。典型的なブログ記事では、目を引くタイトルや明確な目的が示されます。視覚に訴えかける要素を活用することも特徴です。また、ブログ記事では、書き手の主張を明示し、個人的または地域的な交流を促進することができるでしょう。ブログ記事では、１本で完結するものから、一つのプロジェクトで調べた内容について複数回記述したものを合わせたような形式を取るものまで、様々な形が考えられます。ペアになった受講生同士で書いたブログを合わせた集合的なブログというアイデアも面白そうです。生これまでの受講生が作成したものの例は以下にあります。
