Magazine articles are often targeted at the general reader, so they are written in a way that is easy to read and understand. They have visual elements like images, or photos, as well as graphs; they may also feature lively and vivid quotations expressing the views of different people. Magazine articles also have a strong personal quality (the writer uses "I" for example), and they may include a short biographical profile of the writer near the beginning of the article.
