1. Genesis advertising must not appear or be combined with the advertising of any other vehicle makes. Only new Genesis vehicles may appear in an ad. Vehicles that appear in an ad should be U.S.-production models that are already available for sale. Avoid any ads that show foreign, pre-production, or prototype, or not-yet-released vehicles. (If they do so, must clearly and conspicuously disclose that information.)
3. The following terms and phrases - or any terms or phrases with similar meanings - are considered Distressed Language, which is damaging the the Genesis Brand and must not be used in any advertising/marketing:

Pricing cannot advertise below MAAP (Minimum Allowable Advertising Price) defined as RETAILER invoice including RETAILER installed options, and less national approved consumer facing offers for the duration of the offer. MAAP cannot be reduced by vehicle incentives not available to all consumers. Unless the said advertisement is directed 100% at the specific incentive group.
(Retailer Invoice + Retailer Installed Options) - National Approved Consumer Facing Offers during Offer Duration = MAAP2. Retailers shall not label the vehicle price "MSRP" as the final price if the vehicle includes any retailer installed options or accessories.
3. Retailers must promote all National Advertised Leases as published by National Incentives official communication. When advertising a lease offer, following disclosures must appear in the body ad:
a. Offer is for a vehicle leaseb. Whether or not a security deposit is includedc. Vehicle model and yeard. Total amount due at signing - not to exceed 10% of MSRPe.
