All apps within our system can be found in Self Service.
Using a chromecast when the cast to screen dialog appears click "Cast entire screen"
Currently if you are casting your desktop the audio won't be routed through the chromecast to the display and on to the speakers.
You need to cast a tab to have the audio play through the chromecast.

If this is the first time you are using these apps and get asked to Sign in you need to uninstall the app (press and hold icon until a cross appears in top left corner of the icon) and reinstall it from our Self Service store.
Go to settings --> Control Center --> Customise controls = Add screen recording icon.
If your ipad is frozen and you are unable to power the device off with just the power button, press and hold both the power button and the home button for 10 seconds. This should hard reset your ipad.

You need to activate Location service on ipads and phones if you want the correct time. Go to Settings -> Privacy -> enable Location Services. Under share location that can be set to off. Below this you can see what apps have requested access to use your location. Most apps can be set to Never.
Tap Settings --> General --> Accessibility --> Guided access.
After an update it is usually good practice to restart your computer, chromebook or ipad. This allows any changes made to take effect.
Goto - Settings --> General --> Shut down to turn off your device.
