SchoolSoft is our administration and communication platform for Futuraskolan AB.
The system is used to effectively guide the school day between teachers, students and guardians so all parties have the right information at the right time.
Staff, 1st time login - NO Password
First time you log in go here - https://sms.schoolsoft.se/futuraskolan/jsp/mailPassword.jsp
This will initiate a password reset. Write your Futuraskolan email for both username and email address.
Click send new password.
Check your email and follow the instructions.
You will now be able to log in here
Student Information
Login
Students can log in directly with their Google credentials. (From August)
Teacher Information
Login
Staff can log in with username and password.
Username is your Futuraskolan email address.
You will recieve password information from your administrator.
Guardian Information
Login
For guardians 2 step verification is required, either Bank ID or Google Authenticator
Guardians can log in with username and password + Google Authenticator or Bank ID
The username is the same as your childs, either their Futuraskolan email address or the first 4 letters of their name and surname combined.

Guides and help - Staff
After logining in to Schoolsoft in the bottom right you will see a question mark, clicking on this will bring you to their help section.
The help section is based on the role you have, so the material should be relevant to you.
Once this panel is open you can access Schoolsofts learning resources. Manuals, FAQs, films and more.
