In our schools and pre-schools we work closely with the iPad, utilizing its capabilities as a digital tool for learning. The apps available can be used to make movies, create pictures, document, reflect, investigate and so much more.
Apple ID
To have access to iTunesU, ibooks and some other Apple services a valid Apple ID is needed. You will also need one to become an Apple Teacher. It is recommended you use your personal Apple ID for Apple teacher as the certificates and badges that you obtain will be linked to that ID and will follow you if you change workplace.
Apple Teacher
The Apple teacher course gives you an introduction to several native Apple apps, such as iMovie, Keynote and pages. It covers Mac iPad and you can go on to get Swift Playground Recognition which is all about programming.
