There is talk in the industry on the ethics of AI and how to put certain standards into play.
For both images and video created through AI - Metadata will be added that states the content was created by an AI computer.
Midjourney has the ability to remove images or prompts that can be used maliciously.
For an example - as it approaches an election, images and prompts can be removed from the pool, so it can reduce the influence on fake news and propaganda.
How does all this impact the world we are creating for the future generations. What impact does this have on our lives and the community at large.
We need to think about children's rights, their safety and how we approch AI in the classroom and through other means of contact.

Academic integrity is a principle in education and a choice to act in a responsible way so others can trust us. It means conducting all aspects of your academic life in a responsible and ethical manner. The IB expects students to produce genuine and authentic
pieces of work, that represent their own abilities.
What to consider when discusing ethics and technology.
1. Bias and Fairness:
AI systems learn from data, and if that data reflects existing societal biases, the AI will perpetuate and even amplify those biases.
2. Privacy and Security:
AI often relies on vast amounts of personal data, raising concerns about data privacy and security. Data breaches, unauthorized access, and misuse of information can have severe consequences for individuals.
3. Accountability and Transparency:
When AI systems make decisions, it can be difficult to understand the reasoning behind those decisions. This lack of transparency can make it challenging to assign accountability in case of errors or harm.
4. Job Displacement and Economic Impact:
AI-driven automation has the potential to displace workers in various sectors, leading to unemployment and economic inequality.
5. Autonomous Weapons and Safety:
The development of autonomous weapons systems raises serious ethical concerns about the potential for unintended harm and loss of human control.
What will hapen when we are unaware of the underlying control a compluter or AI system has. When it has become to complicated for human understanding and solely relies on artificial inteligence
Beyond these key areas, other ethical considerations in AI include:
Environmental impact: The computational resources required for training AI models can have a significant carbon footprint.
Access and Inclusivity: Ensuring equitable access to the benefits of AI across different communities and demographics.
The nature of consciousness and sentience: Addressing philosophical questions about the potential for AI to develop consciousness or sentience.
Ethical AI development requires a multidisciplinary approach, involving collaboration between technologists, ethicists, policymakers, and the public. By proactively addressing these ethical challenges, we can harness the transformative power of AI for the benefit of humanity.
