Biography

Vladlena Tcherkachina, the Director of the School of Foreign Languages at MEF University (Istanbul, Turkey) has been actively involved in ELT management and teaching since 2010. Her professional interests encompass leadership (visionary leadership in particular), motivational management, staff well-being, effective utilization of technology, effective observation feedback, online teaching, Flipped learning, and continuous professional development.
