The second quarter of 2026 was marked by strong execution across the business as we continued to build momentum with both new and existing customers. Following several successful clinic openings earlier in the year, we are seeing encouraging utilization and engagement across our newest employer groups. These early results reinforce the value of our model and the strength of our implementation approach. Commercially, we continued to advance a healthy sales pipeline, with Pflugerville ISD (3,600 members) having signed their contract to start on November 1st, and DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit - 6,600 members) having Board approval to proceed into the contracting phase with an antipciated start date of December 1st.
Across the organization, each department remained focused on operational excellence while preparing for the next wave of growth. Our teams continued to refine operations, maximize value for existing customers, and strengthen the organizational infrastructure needed to capitalize on 2027 growth opportunities. As we look ahead, we remain confident in our trajectory and believe the disciplined execution across sales, operations, and customer success positions Frontier for another year of sustained growth.
"I highly recommend Frontier Direct Care to anyone looking for exceptional, patient-centered healthcare. The staff is always professional, friendly, and responsive, and the clinic consistently provides prompt service. Scheduling appointments is easy, and they are very accommodating to my healthcare needs and requests.
I've recommended Frontier Direct Care to many of my coworkers because of how accessible and convenient they are. Every experience has been positive, and I truly appreciate the level of care they provide.
A special thank you to Miss Sam and Miss Tovar for their outstanding customer service. They are always kind, attentive, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to help with scheduling, questions, and any requests I have. Their bilingual skills also make the experience more culturally relevant and welcoming. Their dedication and professionalism are evident in each of my visits. Great experience always. "

"Tamara might be the first doctor I've ever visited that really listened to me and took the time to understand my concerns. Most of the time when you visit a doctor's office, you feel rushed out and like you don't have the time to really explain your symptoms. She listened, asked questions and took my concerns seriously. You could tell she genuinely cared about my health and overall wellbeing. I want to thank her for practicing medicine this way. Patients deserve individualized care, a voice, and to have their healthcare needs explained to them so that they can actively participate in their care plans. "

"Everyone that I interacted with was extremely friendly and caring. Dave Denton listened to all my concerns. I was able to ask a ton of questions on several topics and receive good advice. I was very impressed that he remembered everything that I was concerned about and the follow up. I am so grateful for his kindness and patience with my many questions. "

"I appreciate the fact that I am seen at my scheduled appointment time and I'm not sitting in a waiting room with a multitude of people scheduled for the same appointment time. The medical staff is on par, and their level of communication is refreshing; I feel seen and listened to.
Thank you, Ms. Corona, for exemplifying professionalism and for listening to my health concerns. Your level of care exceeds the 10 on the NPS scale."
