2024 was a transformative year for Frontier, defined by strategic execution, operational integration, and accelerated growth. As we reflect on the past year, we’re proud to report meaningful progress across every area of the business, positioning us for a strong 2025 and beyond.
GROWTH through strategic sales wins and market expansion. We achieved pivotal wins with Austin-based Leander ISD, solidifying our presence in the public education space and continued to expand our geographic footprint with customers in Dallas and Houston. Our presence in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) continues to strengthen with a new relationship in the Brownsville area. Additionally, our partnerships with Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), McGriff, Brown & Brown, and other Texas brokers continue to yield promising results, with qualified leads emerging in both the public and private sectors. These engagements reinforce our strength in Texas and build the foundation for additional wins in 2025.
PRODUCT enhancement through the key strategic acquisition of Asserta Health, now rebranded as Frontier Direct Pay, which powers our care navigation and direct contracting capabilities. This integration has validated our thesis of combining powerful healthcare payment infrastructure with dynamic, employer-focused care delivery.
OPERATIONS were a focus throughout the year to build a scalable infrastructure to support the growing client base. We welcomed Blaine Barnett as President & Chief Operating Officer, bringing strong operational leadership to guide our continued scale and drive toward profitability. Broader restructuring efforts were also undertaken while integrating Asserta Health into our core operations to enable growth.
EXPERIENCE continued to be at the forefront of our clinical care teams. Our aim has been to deliver high quality customer experience and care, receiving a member NPS score of 96. Mid-year the Frontier Health app was launched to support our clients and members, enhancing their experience while also driving operational efficiency.
FINANCIAL performance continues to improve with over $8M growth in ARR. In the second half of the year, we successfully launched our Series B fundraising round with the goal of raising $20 million. We closed out 2024 with completion of the first round, raising $7m. These funds are earmarked to accelerate growth, expand sales efforts, and position Frontier as a key player in the Texas market.
We close 2024 with momentum, clarity, and confidence in our strategy. With a differentiated product, a growing client base, and a capable team in place, Frontier is poised to lead a new era of healthcare innovation for self-insured employers. Thank you for your continued support.
