The first quarter of 2024 has been another pivotal quarter for Frontier and has helped lay the ground work to take on the growth that is coming in the latter part of 2024. We have fully built out a new product called "Frontier Health" that has just hit the market and is already causing disruption. There are a lot of moving pieces to the product (described further below) but none more pivotal than the addition of Asserta Health into Frontier. Below you will find more information on Frontier Health, Asserta, our quarterly goals and initiatives, financials, and more:
At the end of Q1, we successfully completed a deal to bring Asserta Health, based out of Salt Lake City, Utah, into Frontier Network. Asserta Health has been delivering cash-driven health plans to employers that are effective and affordable. At the core, Asserta believes that the only way to make healthcare affordable is to pay for it the same way we pay for everything else – direct, transparent, immediate. This close alignment with Frontier's value made the decision easy and seamless. We're thrilled to welcome their entire team and seasoned executives to help pull on the same rope of changing American healthcare.
With the integration of Asserta plus other third party vendors, we have fully developed a product titled "Frontier Health" which can compete with traditional insurance products offered by United, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and others. The Frontier Health product, made up of 5 cost-mitigating components, is a total win for both the employees and the employer. See the Frontier Health graphic for an overview.
To cap it all off, our sales team took the finished product and held a successful round table sponsored by Stealth/Amwins which brought together a large network of brokers from across the country. With the support and reputation of a partner like Stealth/Amwins behind us, we are excited to see the new opportunities that will come in Q2.
Finally, you will begin to hear the name "Frontier Health" said a lot more. This name is meant to better represent our overall product to the market which includes our original product of "Frontier Direct Care." Direct Care now becomes a segment along with Frontier Direct Pay (formerly Asserta), Frontier Admin, and Frontier Tech.
"I have a new provider named Amy Garza. I saw her for the first time last week. I was appreciative that she listened to all of my concerns and gave me answers to my questions. She provided appropriate treatment. She emailed me to give me lab results and also explained results in person. It is so nice to be able to have a provider that is not in a hurry and actually listens. I also appreciate resources that she provided me with."

"Mr. [Taylor] Sheneman listened intently to all of my questions and concerns. He took time to review my records BEFORE I arrived and then requested additional information on tests that I had already completed before ordering new ones. He responded promptly to the new test that was ordered and offered me solutions to my foot and hip paint for the first time in about 6 months. He did not ignore me, not interrupt me in the rush to diagnose. I had heard nothing but good things about Mr. Sheneman, and everyone was right! I am very satisfied with my appointment."
