The third quarter of 2025 was defined by commercial traction, cross-functional execution, and continued platform enhancement. We secured several key wins with Hidalgo, San Marcos, Tropical, and Willacy—each of which represents a meaningful step in our geographic and network expansion. Clinical engagement with these clients is set to begin in Q4, and our teams have been working collaboratively to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, support open enrollment processes, and prepare for seamless go-lives. In parallel, our technology team made significant strides in improving the patient experience, with a focused effort on integrating specialty referral workflows to enhance care navigation. Meanwhile, our Series B capital raise remains active, with final conversations progressing well with strategic partners committed to supporting our next phase of growth.
