The final quarter of 2025 was marked by high execution intensity as we launched four large groups—Hidalgo (RGV), San Marcos (Austin), Tropical Texas (RGV), and Willacy (RGV)—culminating a year of geographic and customer base expansion. The commercial team was deeply engaged throughout customer's open enrollment period, working closely with both new and existing clients to ensure a smooth and supportive experience. We ended the year with a strong patient Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 96, reflecting high satisfaction and trust in our services. On the technology front, we successfully completed the sale and transition of the Medecash platform, with excellent collaboration from the technology team to ensure continuity in services and a seamless handoff.
In terms of funding, we concluded our Series B capital raise with the addition of the Heritage Group—a strategic partner in the healthcare space whose operational and industry expertise will be instrumental in shaping Frontier’s next phase.
