This quarter has been one of significant progress, marked by new sales contracts, strategic operational shifts, and strong fundraising efforts. Our work in the City of Brownsville has been pivotal in reinforcing our market position in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV). We successfully secured contracts with First Co. (Dallas) and Sunny Glen for full replacement products, expanding our client base and service reach. Additionally, Apache Industrial (Houston) has provided a verbal commitment, and we are pursuing multiple strong leads with planned start dates of January 1, 2025.
On the operations side, we are rolling out the Frontier Health app and restructuring the company to ensure readiness for the upcoming year. This includes both preparation for new contract starts on January 1, 2025 as well as a broader restructuring of the business to integrate Legacy Asserta (Frontier Direct Pay) into our core operations. This integration is crucial as we focus on reaching profitability by February 2025. To support these initiatives, we’ve brought Blaine Barnett on board as Chief Operating Officer, strengthening our leadership team for the challenges ahead.
In terms of funding, we have raised $2 million and secured an additional $6 million in commitments. We are currently in discussions with multiple institutional investors to raise the remaining $12 million to complete our Series B round, which will fuel our continued growth and operational expansion.
In conclusion, this quarter has been defined by strategic wins in sales, operational alignment, and fundraising momentum. With a clear path to profitability and the right leadership in place, we are positioned for strong growth in the coming year.
