Our theme for Quarter 4 2024 is staying aligned with our core strategy to drive growth while refining what we do best. We are committed to staying in our lane by targeting mid-market to large self-insured groups with a geographic concentration in Texas, ensuring that our efforts are concentrated on the right market. We’re also enhancing our key strengths, including the bolt-on product and delivering personalized, high-impact onboarding experiences. Our direct primary care offering continues to be a standout differentiator, and we’re working to further optimize these services for maximum value.
Finally, to finish off Sales for the quarter, we're making a final push to capture smaller, private businesses for 1/1/25 starts. We'll focus on onboarding current groups over the next couple of months and ensure a seamless experience for these clients. At the same time, we’re laying the groundwork for public group opportunities with contracts set for renewal in January 2026, aligning our resources to position ourselves for success in that space. Ultimately, this quarter is about fine-tuning our strengths, expanding where we excel, and preparing for future growth while delivering the highest level of service to our current clients.
