Q1 2026

The first quarter of 2026 reflected continued momentum and progress across operations and growth. Building on the foundation established in 2025, we successfully onboarded new clinics in Tropical Texas Behavioral Health, Hidalgo County, and the City of San Marcos, further advancing our expansion strategy and strengthening our presence in key markets.

In San Marcos, we also completed the buildout of a new clinic, which represents another key area and helps support future patient demand and create additional capacity for growth. These operational milestones are the result of focused execution across the team and continued investment in the infrastructure needed to scale effectively.

From a financing perspective, we completed a $20 million funding round with the Heritage Group in Nashville. This is a significant milestone for the company and provides additional resources to support our next phase of expansion, operational maturity, and long-term strategic growth.

As we look ahead, we believe the company is well positioned for strong growth in 2026. The work completed over the past year has laid a solid foundation across clinic operations, talent, market expansion, and capital strategy. We are entering the next phase with increased confidence, stronger infrastructure, and clear momentum toward continued growth.
