My painting represents my flowing inspiration relating to art. More focusing on the inspiration I get from comics (hence the comic book styled background), I get a lot of different ways to draw things like eyes, hair, mouths, etc. from comics/manga. Sometimes I even get inspiration from animated tv shows or just art I see on social media. The drawings in the panels represent what I already do/draw and the paint splatter and puddles represent new ideas I get inspired by which fills up the panels and bits get into how I already draw and change it slightly and sometimes it changes as a whole. I’ve changed my art style many times because of this, from facial features to the shape of the head. Art is important to me because I’ve been drawing since I was four years old because of my dad, he was into comics and drew in that kind of art style. I started with copying how my sister drew at the time (I was 4 and she was 6), I then started developing my own art style. A lot of my art styles are from drawings I’ve seen on youtube, pinterest, etc. I can’t always stick to one way of drawing things, I am always seeing new drawings and art styles which gives inspiration to change little things in my art style and how I draw them. The inspiration will always keep coming and my art styles is always changing.
