In Art we have been learning about using shading, lines and shapes to create our art pieces.
Vincent Van Gogh was our inspiration.

FOREST SCHOOL has been absolutely amazing. We have learnt about nature, used nature to make art, worked as a team, built resilience, learnt new skills, had so much fun, endured the wet weather and LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT. Lizzie, brought so many activities for use to have a go at.
We became Stone Age people on our visit to Herd Farm. Year Three began as reindeer hunters, throwing spears, Farmers, making fences and Cave people, painting cave painting from crushed berries. Despite the weather we loved it. We saw where Stone Age people would have sheltered in their round houses and some of the tools that they used. Life for Stone Age people was HARSH!
We cannot wait to show you all the work we complete in Autumn 2. Thanks for all your support with reading, homework, coming to assemblies, and so much more.
