Senior Transcript Requests
SENIOR TRANSCRIPTS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY SENT AFTER GRADUATION UNLESS YOU SELECT ONE OF THE TWO OPTIONS FROM THE LIST BELOW
REMINDER: All transcript requests that are received after May 1, 2026, will be held until May 29th, 2026, when the grades are finalized, and the graduation date is applied. Reach out to flvsk12records@flvs.net if you have any questions.

Click the "My Information" tab on the left-hand side
Click the "College Admissions Tab"
Fill out the "Final Transcripts for Seniors" fields as needed (be sure to include the address for any Private or Out-of-State Universities)
The final date for Class of 2026 students to make changes to their Senior Transcript requests in FOCUS is May 29, 2026. After that date please complete a transcript request form and submit the request to flvsk12records@flvs.net.

FVHS has teamed with Parchment to offer an official digital version of your diploma. In addition to this digital version, your diploma will be mailed to your home address.
Per the Parchment Diploma process, Seniors must have a current mailing address, cell phone number that accepts texts, and a student’s email address (cannot be the parent/guardian’s email address or the flvsft912.flvs.net domain) in FOCUS.
A notice will be sent by email and text by March 27, 2026, to verify this information.
