We will verify your application and documents and email you if anything is missing or needs to be resubmitted. School counselors will then review your child’s academic history and finalize grade level and course placement.
Review the invalid or incomplete document letter sent to your email address associated with the application. Your reviewer will have left a detailed comment on that letter explaining what is needed to correct the issue. These common issues will result in a residency document being marked invalid:
The service address on a utility bill is not listed or does not match the primary address provided on the application.
The utility bill is past due.
The utility bill is more than 60 days old.
A mortgage statement does not match the primary address you provided.
The name of the account holder does not match the primary guardian and a shared domicile form was not provided.
The lease does not include the signature page or is not signed by both parties.
The lease term has expired.
A month-to-month lease was submitted without a current rent receipt or verification letter from the leasing agency.
The driver's license address does not match the primary address listed on the account.
The driver's license is expired.
Review the invalid or incomplete document letter sent to your email address associated with the application. The email will contain step-by-step directions on how to log into your FOCUS account and upload additional documents. You may also contact your reviewer for additional assistance. Their contact information will be found in the email or here.
Check the junk/spam folders associated with the email address used for the application. Be sure to add FLVS FT School District as an approved sender.
Complete this form and the application will be withdrawn.
