FLVS Full-Time students may receive a Virtual Student ID Badge upon request.ย
Custodial contacts must complete the form below to request a student ID for their child. Once the request is processed a PDF copy of the ID will be emailed to you. You can email flvsk12records@flvs.net for a PDF copy of the ID at anytime.
FLVS Full-Time schools do NOT provide hard copies of the student ID. Families who need a hard copy should request a PDF version and then print and laminate the ID at their own expense.ย
๐๐ธ Student Photo Submission Guidelines ๐ธ๐ย
1. Photo Format:
๐ท Color photo in JPG format
๐ท Clear and good quality
2. Appearance:
๐ฉ No hats or sunglasses
๐ Neutral facial expression or natural smile
3. Lighting:
๐ก Use good lighting
๐ซ Avoid dark, overexposed, or glare on glasses
4. Background:
๐จ Plain, solid white, off-white, or light background
๐ซ No patterns, textures, or scenic backgrounds
5. Positioning:
โ Centered and forward-facing
โ Full-face view
โ Leave room above the head and include both shoulders
6. Editing:
๐ซ Do NOT use filters
๐ซ Do NOT crop from a group photo
๐ซ No other people or pets in the photo
