Please do not withdraw your child from their current school or terminate their homeschool status until enrollment in FLVS Full Time has been confirmed. Students must remain enrolled in their current school to complete the current semester to receive final grades and credits.
If you have forgotten your FOCUS username or password contact us at flvsftrecords@flvs.net.
If you are enrolling in a different school, please complete this form to withdraw your application.
The parent portal verification process begins approximately two weeks before the start of the new semester. FLVS Full-Time will notify you to confirm your child’s enrollment at the email address provided in the application.
You will have access to login and review your child's information in FOCUS once the parent portal has been verified. Until then, you will not see your child's information on your portal.
The next step in the enrollment process requires you to create a Parent Portal account OR add this child to your current FLVS Full Time Parent Portal account in FOCUS. Note: Your child will not be able to begin the school year until a Parent Portal account is established. Only parents and legal guardian Parent Portal accounts will be approved.
Visit the FLVS Full Time FOCUS landing page by selecting https://flvs.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/auth/ or copy and paste it into your browser
The next step is to confirm the child's enrollment by completing the confirmation of enrollment form. Your child will not be officially enrolled until this form is complete.
You will receive an email with step-by-step instructions when it is time to complete this form.
Once you are officially enrolled our registrar team will contact your previous school to request your official records. These records are crucial for your student's academic success.
If you have ANY outstanding financial obligations at a prior school that may prevent us from obtaining student records, contact that school and settle the obligation(s).
Failure to resolve obligations preventing the student's official records from being released may affect the student's graduation, placement, or enrollment for the next semester/school year.
