From 29 September 2023, students can log in to All Ears Form Builder via your MIMS account.

What is the All Ears Form Builder?

The All Ears Form Builder is an integrated platform for teachers to create all student-related forms.

At some points in your secondary school days, you may be required to fill in and submit online forms, for example, for making your choice of subject combinations, selection of CCA, or even voting for a classmate for a class leader position.

To access the form created by your teacher created using All Ears Form Builder, all students will have to log in to All Ears.

What is the MIMS email to log in with?

The MIMS email is the student ICON email that you have been using all these while. To reset your password, carry out the self reset, or approach our friend and professional ICT technical team for their assistance.
