Self-Help Troubleshooting Guide
1. Double check that you've signed in your own PLD (iPad) with your FHSS Apple ID. If it has been signed out (you saw a "1" or "!" under the "Sign in to your iPad" section, OR you simply do not see your name appearing) Refer to https://drive.google.com/file/d/1u5mZXR-elWvapERF5v2wgo6rxsPcm2WW/view?usp=share_link for the steps.
Note that the password is not linked to your FHSS Google Account although you were told to use 1 password for both accounts.
Try the default password if you have not changed it.
2. The latest version of Keynote is required to enable the Collaborate feature. Please manually update the app via the Mobile Guardian app -> My Catalogue -> Apps -> tap the "update" button under Keynote (and Pages, too).
3. If you have not signed in Mobile Guardian, please refer to this guide (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VPGLtanaVSGU1KWC-41smyRbkDDbOLEU/view?usp=share_link) to perform the signing in by yourself.
4. If the above do not help the update of your Keynote app, approach Helpdesk 4REAL (Blk F Level 3) to get technical supports.
5. Every groupmate must receive a link (NOT the Keynote (.key) file itself) to start collaborating on the same deck of Keynote. Refer to the example captured in an attached screenshot.
