Dear Secondary One students
Having learnt about Google Classroom and Schoolwork as learning platforms that will be used in our school, let's learn more about Google Drive and the suite of Googles apps, and how to set up your subject folders properly in Google Drive for the storage and archival of lesson materials.
As a homework assignment, you'll learn in a self-directed manner how to properly communicate using Google Mail between your peers and with the teachers.
For this lesson, you are required to complete the following:
Familiarising with:
1) Google Drive
2) Google Mail
Composing an email to your teacher as an individual assignment submission.
Instructions for Students
During the lesson, follow the instructions of your teacher to learn more about Google Drive and create folders in Google Drive for each subject. The folders will be shared with your subject teachers for monitoring purposes.
As a homework assignment, you are to go through the following videos thoroughly on the use of Google Mail. While you are viewing these materials, tap / click on the expand icon at the top right hand corner of each set of slides to enlarge and open the slides in a new, larger window. Complete the assignment as instructed in the Google Slides.
