WEEK 6 - Google docs
Dear Secondary One students, I hope all the groups of Sec One students are making good progress in the completion of your Google Docs compulsory group assignment.
If your group has already completed and submitted the assignment, please complete the Google Docs individual assignment that is already posted in Google Classroom. Notes that this assignment is meant as a practice and will not be graded.
If your group has not completed the assignment, please use the time during lesson to complete it. The group leader is to upload the complete Google Docs on behalf of the group. Please ensure that the assignment is uploaded before the deadline of 1159 hour, 9 February 2024 so that your marks are not affected.
Information about how to make submission on the Google Classroom will be share on this webpage. Group leaders please take note.
Instructions for Students
1) If you have not completed the group assignment - Complete group assignment and submit on Google Classroom before 1159 hour, 9 February 2024
2) If you have completed the group assignment - Complete the individual assignment as a form of practice in class

Creating a Folder in Google Drive
6.1
In the 2024 root folder, create a new folder and name it 'T1W5 - Google Docs'.
Move the completed Google Docs to the DSP folder
6.2.1
Open the Google Docs that the group has completed. Under 'File', click on 'Move'.

Move the document to the folder 'T1W5 - Google Docs' in the DSP folder.
Open the assignment on Google Classroom
6.3
Click on 'View instructions' on the assignment page

Remove the Google Docs that was originally posted by your teacher to ensure that the document attached is the one in your Google Drive.

Click on 'Add or create' to attach the completed assignment.

Select Google Drive.

Navigate to the right folder and insert the completed Google Docs.
