Events by Student report:
Using the Events by Students will only provide you with students who currently have an unlocked REED event. Since the release of the new IEP Evaluation event, REEDS are no longer being generated by the system so this report WILL NOT provide you with all of the information needed.
The Events by Student report will not tell you if an evaluation was a special request by ARD Committee or a 3-year reeval.
If you want to see which REEDs have not been locked, filter by 'In Progress'. If you want to see which are due during 25-26 school year, enter a Due Date for end of 25-26 year. See image below. (Can change year as needed)
Annual/Evaluation Compliance by Student report
This report is for verifying that Annual IEP Meetings and 3-Year Reevaluations were completed in timelines. (i.e. 'Yes' in locked FIIE > Evaluation Introduction " Is this the student's initial evaluation or 3-year reevaluation?")
This report will provide you with Due Dates of the next Revaluation
The special request by ARD Committee evaluation is not included in this report.
The IEP Referral Decision Schedule Dates comes from the within the event. It is the Date of Referral Decision on the Notice of Referral Decision page.
The IEP Referral Decision Due Date is 15 school days after the Date Referral Received in the IEP Initial Referral event
No. You should work through the annual (or revision, if it’s not time for an annual) by starting with the eligibility event. It will ask you if the student continues to qualify, if no, it should then eliminate the red asterisks from the annual plan event.
Dashboards & Reports -> Standard Reports -> Transportation by Student.
You can filter by Program Type or Program Status to show just IEP or 504, if desired. That will shorten the list too.
Export to CSV/Excel
Once exported, click Filter in the Data Ribbon.
Slide over to Column AR “Future Year”.
Choose “Yes” in the filter dropdown.
Bam! Assuming folks filled out the Transportation form correctly, you should now have all of your students receiving transportation for the School Year.
The agreement form (see screenshot below) will identify if the user is waiting an additional response or reconvene. That form will automatically change it up to the 10 days. Then the user can go to the NOM and select 2nd notice and update the dates per the new date. The IEP should reflect the original date of the first meeting.
Since you got consent for services, you will need to complete another IEP Initial Eligibility meeting in the Consent to Initial Provision of Services form.
