My implementation of Teacher Leaders for Deeper Learning (TL4DL) adopts educational approaches that are both quantitative and aimed at enhancing student outcomes. This involves a comprehensive focus on various aspects of students' engagement, including experiences, opinions, academic performances, observations, and interviews. Additionally, I prioritize the active involvement of parents, school administrators, and members of the wider community to ensure a holistic approach to educational enrichment that fosters meaningful and measurable improvements in student learning and development.
