Community Lunar New Year Celebration at Lexington Central Public Library
The Lexington Central Public Library recently hosted a special event before the 2024 Lunar New Year. It was a collaboration between Henry Clay High School, The Learning Center, Lexington Korean School, and Rise STEM Academy for Girls. The event welcomed numerous community members who enthusiastically participated in the celebration.
Many People Celebrate the Lunar New Year Together
A multitude of individuals came together to commemorate the Lunar New Year. Highlights of the event included engaging in entertaining traditional Korean games and dressing in the exquisite hanbok, a traditional Korean garment. Attendees expressed that the celebration was a truly memorable experience for all!
