Since 2019, MBTA has partnered with ClimbHI in connecting professionals from a variety of backgrounds and interests with students through real-time virtual presentations as part of MBTA's Guest Lecture Series.

Students are encouraged to participate in these opportunities as part of their Career Academic Planning (CAP) and Personal Transition Plan (PTP) courses led through MBTA's College and Career Center.

The purpose of these on-going events are to expose students to different career pathways, to get first hand information about skills needed to become successful in diverse industries and to gain insight about how to become more involved in their greater community.
