Welcome to the College & Career website for the Myron B. Thompson Academy (MBTA) a New Century Public Charter School, accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), providing blended and interactive virtual instruction to grades K-12.  

This website provides resources supporting our 9th - 11th grades Career Academic Planning (CAP) and 12th grade Personal Transition Plan (PTP) courses.  All courses utilize Maia Learning, an all-inclusive platform for college and career planning, with blended instruction through the Canvas Learning Management System, driven by the PowerSchool information system, Google Workspace tools and virtual meetings via Zoom.  

Access to these sites are monitored in order to provide a safe and secure learning environment for students in accordance with HIDOE's online educational services outlined in the Technology Responsible Use Form (TRUF) agreement.
