In 2008-09, ESM implemented its first 5-year strategic plan - a blueprint for the future.  It proclaimed a clear vision and fostered an unrelenting focus on learning.

The 2013-2018 plan inspired the development and implementation of innovative learning models, strengthening inquiry-based learning and transdisciplinary learning, along with the integration of technology.

The 2018-2023 plan intentionally builds on the strong foundation of the two preceding five-year plans.  It looks to the future of continued academic achievement in a global, rapidly changing world, with a laser-like focus on developing the whole child.

The 2023-2028 Strategic Plan revisited our vision, mission and beliefs.  Through the development of a Portrait of a Spartan Graduate, this plan places an emphasis on ensuring our students are future focused and future ready.
