Streamline access to intervention and extension instructional resources and evidence-based best strategies
Provide time for teacher teams to evaluate and discuss data to better inform WIN groupings, especially at Elementary and Middle School
Increased communication with families about student learning, as it relates to learning the identified essential standards
Evidence-based Grading Practices
Establish and reignite PK-12 Grading Committee
Establish building-level grading teams at Pine Grove and Central High School
Complete and finalize beliefs to practices statements to reflect our collective commitments
Explore standards-based grading and reporting to provide more individualized feedback to families specific to learning
Continue to engage our School Board in grading discussions (ex. book study) and professional learning
Evidence-based Instructional Practices
Continued focus on the Science of Reading at all levels to align all literacy practices districtwide
Professional learning to provide scaffolded instruction so that students may access grade-level content

Examine courses in high school that focus on post-secondary preparation (financial literacy, etc.)
