By June 2025, 100% of ESM students will be supported through a multi-tiered system of supports that focuses on high levels of academic, social-emotional, and grade-level appropriate learning, that is culturally responsive and inclusive of all members of the learning community.

By June of 2025, 100% of ESM staff will have access to mental wellness support, activities, materials, and training throughout the school year to support emotional, psychological and overall well-being.
