Continue to build the capacity of instructional staff through ongoing PLC training, with consistent messaging to all staff
Establish a Guiding Coalition in each building, with representatives across grade levels and support areas, to support the implementation of professional learning teams

Maximize instructional time through strategic scheduling that provides for time for all tiers of instruction effectively
Expand Time for all content areas K-5, by increasing instructional time by 15 minutes, starting in 2023-24
Clarify language, processes and protocols to develop a common MTSS system in each building.
Expand and/or redesign learning support structures to provide and support quality instruction at all tiers
