Accomplishments from Previous Week

● Delivering/shipping of materials to begin prototyping (Garrett)

● Combination materials testing (Garrett and Miles)

● 3D printed linked hexagonal plates (Garrett)

● Shaped moldable plastic into a plastic outer shell (Jordan)

● Drew out design concepts (Jordan)

● Apply rubber sheet to the prototype along with continued sewing practice (Ho)

● Have at least one prototype made, with zipper and/or velcro strap attached（Ho and Jordan)

● Field test at beach with prototype (entire team)

● Continue combination material testing and waterlogged samples (Miles and Garrett)

● Try calling JHRG, LLC (the UHMW-PE fabric supplier)

● Continue testing ideas in parallel, many of them will not work (sponge)

● Start testing materials on feet ASAP

● Could try linking 3D printed hexagons to a fabric rather than each other

● Flexibility is more of a concern than thickness

● Try Flex Seal on various materials/fabrics
