Prerequisite: Successful completion of Italian 1
This course is a continuation of Italian 1. In the second year, students will continue to be engaged actively and cooperatively in classroom activities. Students continue to develop the four skills in the three modes of communication (presentational, interpersonal, and interpretive) and expand their knowledge of Italian culture. In addition to the text, songs, films, compositions, and dialogues are among the many ways in which new vocabulary, culture and structures are learned. Technology enhances and intensifies the students listening and speaking ability in the target language.
*Please note: In order to receive IU college credit in 4H-ACP, you will need to have taken Italian 3H-ACP. Please take this into consideration when selecting your course sequence.
