Training with EGYM+ provides the best opportunity for your members to achieve success using the EGYM system.
Your members can select from 8 training goals to customize their training plan and achieve success more quickly:
EGYM+ also provides two additional training methods
Every training goal is individualized to the member by differently combining the four training methods, modifying the four elements of training, and taking the users Maximum Strength test, and selection of training intensity into account to provide the most ideal periodized training plan.
Every 6 sessions, the user is prompted to take another strength test. The training plan is then modified according to those results and the next scheduled phase of training begins.
The users Muscle Imbalances and Bio Age are updated after each Maximum Strength test.
